What seemed like just yesterday, but really about 7 months ago, my dear friends Juliette + Paolo welcomed baby Reese into the world. I cannot believe this was the first time I was meeting her. Yet what an impression she made!
I got to see her multiple colored bow collection [I didn't make them dress her in green to match my branding, honest
]. She showed off her lovely room, her stuffed monkey, that she can scream louder than her dad, how to properly read a book while lying on the floor, that she has a fantastic kung-fu grip, especially when she has a hold of her mom’s hair [did you know if you stick your tongue out, it makes your grip that much stronger? try it].
And if you don’t grin when you see her grin, well, then, try again. Her eyes + that smile just made me all melty inside.
I’ve known Juliette for many many years. What feels like forever. We’ve gone through some funny times, sad times, silly times, giddy times, serious times, work times, play times, and, always, friend times. I am so glad to have been able to document a little slice of their family life. You two are such amazing parents, will you adopt me?? I’d like some hot pink + green bows please. And a stuffed monster.
A handful of some of my favs from the day, enjoy! Happy Thanksgiving!
