It was a warm, yet beautiful Saturday for Kathy + Aari’s wedding in Newport RI. I started photographing the gals at The Vanderbilt in Newport. The lovely and super talented Boston Wedding Photographer Earl Christie joined me that day (stay tuned for some images from his point of view soon!).Then we all headed to Brenton Point park for Kathy + Aari to see one another for the first time. After a few fun shots there, we made our way to the ceremony + reception site at Easton’s Beach + Rotunda.

The party was kicked off by the rockin’ Brickpark Entertainment. And what a party it was!

It is always so wonderful to be around a couple that are so into one another. Kathy + Aari were smiling from ear to ear pretty much the whole day through!

Small side note: I wasn’t the least bit obsessed with her veil. Nope. Not at all. [insert Captain Obvious eye-roll here].

This morning (yup, Monday morning) I arrived at Tisha + Brett’s home to capture their low key backyard ceremony. Surrounded by their children + a handful of family and friends, Brett + Tisha braved the really hot muggy weather and tied the knot.

A funny moment came when the priest told everyone that he had downloaded a scripture reading onto his iphone and proceeded to read from there. Love it!

Thank you Tisha + Brett for allowing me to spend those moments with you. Hope you both enjoyed your dinner + mini-honeymoon with the kids.

That’s right, the lovely gang of ‘togs invaded the streets and alleyways and bowling alleys of the Boston area.

Jamie Wexler, Andree Kehn, Michelle Turner, Zofia Waig, Earl Christie, and myself were also joined by guest shooters Allana Taranto from Ars Magna Studio and Jennie Sjursen from Strawberry Road. I had the opportunity to work with the lovely couples Jackie & David (hola!) and Caralyn & Erik.
