Happy 1st Year Shana + Ed!

Woohoo! Shana + Ed are celebrating their first year, congrats!

They had their ceremony & reception at the beautiful Meeting House located in Tiverton RI.

The exceptionally yummy food was brought in by the great Garden Grille Cafe, located in Pawtucket RI.
If you are ever in the area, you must stop in & try this place out. So good!!
Don’t let the vegetarian thing scare you, this place is rock solid.

What can I say, Shana + Ed are a fantastic couple, she wore a purple gown & they both wore black chucks (converse sneakers for those not in the know).

Well, I’m not sure yet. My fingers are crossed, though!

‘Win what?’, you ask?

Well the extremely talented and super fun Cory Ann Ellis is having a blog contest!

The criteria for the contest was to supply two images that contained a toaster, a rock, and the words AC Ellis.

I had some photoshop help from my fab husband Paul Shelasky and another talented photo friend in Cleveland, Steven Mastroianni.

(say those last names 10 times fast, I dare you!)

Happy First Year Anne + Morgan!

A year ago today, at Castle Hill in Newport RI, the skies were a bit gray and rain threatened the lovely outdoor wedding ceremony of Anne & Morgan.

Yet, as the time came for the ceremony to begin, the clouds held off long enough for them to get their ‘I do’s’ in.

Dinner was held under the glow of the fabulous chandeliers & and dancing was almost non-stop, thanks to the members of World Premier Band

MakeUp!!!

The other day I met my wonderfully talented, makeup artist friend, Jenny DiMucci (say that ten times fast) at the Downtown Providence Westin.

She was making up Carol Nunez’s gorgeous face for a gala event Carol was attending that evening and wanted to get a few images for her portfolio.

We met Carol in the women’s changing area at the Westin’s Gym. Yup, the locker rooms.
Though, I have to mention, there was nothing high school locker room about it.
Very fancy.

Jenny finished her great makeup work and I had about 5 minutes to capture a few headshots of Carol before she went off into the eve.

Thank you for being such a great sport, Carol, you looked marvelous!!!
